As a 4 star Perth hotel, featured in the Good Hotel Guide (one of only two Perth hotels to do so), the hotel experience is one of quiet luxury, caring service from profesional owners, and great attention to detail. Most of the rooms have magnificent views, all have direct dial phones and wi fi internet access to keep you in touch with the world. This is the classic traditional Scottish quality hotel experience, a dying breed these days, but with all needs for the modern leisure and business trraveller – and a delightful environment and ambience in which to unwind and relax. The hotel welcomes well behaved children and small groups, and is very lady traveller friendly.

Expect, and enjoy a very flexible approach to your room requrements. For Sunbank House is a world of 'standards', not 'extras'. Plenty of extra bedding always on hand, fluffy towels, complimentary toiletries, trouser presses, liberally stocked hospitality tray.

The hotel is open all year round. Reception is manned daily by the owners. Late keys are available. Special diets well catered for. 2 disabled accessible rooms (ground floor) and a lovely family room are features of a delightful variety of bright, spacious en suite room, all with flat screen televisions, all kept spotlessly clean..

Bed and breakfast and half board terms available. Breakfast buffet, continental breakfast and full Scottish breakfast served daily. Evening meals and dinners should ideally be pre-booked where possible.

And we can arrange anything for you in your room, from a lovely bottle of rose or champagne for you to enjoy on arrival, to chocolates and fresh flowers for the romantics.

This is a charming traditional hotel with the emphasis on guest comfort and service. There is no in house entertainment or leisure club facility on site, but there are excellent leisure facilities (David Lloyd Club, Perth Leisure Pool) and a vibrant nightlife and busy pub, restaurant and club scene in Perth itself.
