  • Roast Breast of Chicken with Haggis Mash and Grainy Mustard Cream
  • Leg of Lamb with Roasted Garlic, served on Dauphiniose Potato with Bacon Lardons (minimum order of 2)

Menu 2 - A La Carte Menu

  • Oak Smoked Salmon with Feta Corn & Chive Fritters and Creme Fraiche
  • Freshly prepared Soup with Crusty Rolls
  • Crisp Parma Ham with Parmesan Salad with Olives and Cherry Tomatoes Drizzled with Basil Oil
  • Roast Pigeon Breasts and Black Pudding Slices with a Honey and Mustard Dressing
  • Chilled Melon with Seasonal Fruits and a warm Cardomon Syrup
  • Norwegian Prawns on a bed of fresh Celeriac Coleslaw
  • Crespelle Fiorentine ai tre formaggi (crepe filled with Fresh Spinach, Dolcelatte, Ricotta and Parmesan Cheeses) and a Creamy Bechamel Sauce, served with French Crusty Bread
