Owners Remo and Georgina Zane extend a warm welcome to all website visitors.  We do hope we will have the pleasure of meeting you sometime soon.  Remo is Italian and has always had a real flair and passion for top quality cooking, so you’ll find him most days busy in the kitchen busily preparing your culinary delights. His Scottish wife Georgina is always readily available for you front of house, and looks after the administration and guest service in the hotel. Together we aim to deliver that good old fashioned Scottish small hotel hospitality which is getting rarer by the day.

Great, and memorable hospitality experiences are built on people. We look at ourselves, our staff, our suppliers, and our customers as one big happy team. We have a great small team here at Sunbank House and it means that everyone knows what is happening. So you can relax in the very special and intimate atmosphere of our Perth hotel knowing that your stay will be personal and exclusive and the care that you get will be the same.

The hotel is like a member of the family, with caring, very hands on owners and a very professional and motivated staff epitomising that insatiable zest for the business and customer satisfaction - which means that total retirement for all is still some considerable time away yet!
